·     Make a number 6 poster. Put small objects in groups of six on the poster. Place containers around the room and have the students place six objects in each.
·     Create a tower or castle out of blocks
·     Make a number 7 poster. Put small objects in groups of seven on the poster. Place containers around the room and have the students place seven objects in each.
·     Make a number 8 poster. Put small objects in groups of eight on the poster. Place containers around the room and have the students place eight objects in each.
·     Practice addition with paper tubes taped to the wall. Have two tubes join into one and flow into a basket. Add __ balls on one side to __ balls on the other side and see how many total fall into the basket at the bottom.
